  • Bienvenue sur le site de l'Institut Français d'Afrique du Sud !

Register now to take part in the Cinémas du Monde Pavilion's programme, a unique venue at the heart of the Festival de Cannes dedicated to the world cinema!

The Fabrique des Cinémas du Monde is composed of talented young film-makers who are working on their first or second feature film, or who have finished a feature film with support from the Fonds Sud Cinéma or the Fonds Francophone de Production Audiovisuelle du Sud. Each year, ten selected directors and their producers are invited to take part in the programme during the Cannes Film Festival. The call for entries allows directors/producers to submit projects that will be evaluated by professional readers and judged by a selection committee. Only projects submitted online will be considered. The Fabrique's excellent workshops and abundant professional contacts have already helped several films and projects find co-production and international distribution opportunities.
