Wilfried N'Sondé is a French speaking writer and musician born in Congo, living in Berlin. He is the author of three books: the highly acclaimed Cœur des enfants léopards (2007), for which he was awarded the "Prix des Cinq Continents de la francophonie" and the Senghor Award; Le Silence des esprits (2010) and Fleur de béton (2012).

Wilfried N'Sondé new novel, Berlinoise (Arles, France, Éditions Actes Sud, 2015), deals with a political and sentimental education that takes place in 1989 at the time of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
